Royal Mail International Tracked (£38.95) is the cheapest, and FedEx World Express the fastest at 2–4 working days for £59.84. The calculator above prices every service for your actual weight and size.

Five to nine days door to door for most services: 2–4 working days with FedEx World Express, 4–6 with Parcelforce Global Priority, and 5–8 with Royal Mail or DPD Air. Customs clearance can add a day.

Only above RM500. Air courier parcels worth RM500 or less — about £85 — clear free of import duty and sales tax. Above that, duty applies by category, commonly 0–20%, and 10% sales tax is charged on the goods plus duty.

The UK address itself is free, with no subscription. You pay only when you ship: from £38.95 for a 1 kg parcel, plus £2 + VAT if you want several orders combined into one. Storage is free for the first 30 days.

It depends on the numbers. Combining saves one air freight charge per parcel, which on this route is the larger cost; keeping a consignment under RM500 avoids duty and sales tax entirely. For small, low-value orders separate parcels can win, and for anything substantial consolidation almost always does. Ask us and we will work it out with you.

Above RM500, import duty runs from 0% to about 20% depending on the category. Most computers, phones and books are 0%; clothing, footwear and accessories sit higher. Sales tax of 10% then applies on the goods plus duty, with a few categories at 5%.
