1. General provisions

1.1. UAB Cargolot undertakes to protect the privacy of its clients, to ensure the security of personal data and not to use it for illegal purposes. The company complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “LLPPD”), the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter the “LEC”) and the other provisions of the directly applicable legislation regulating the protection of personal data, as well as the instructions from the data protection supervisory authorities (i.e. State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania).

1.2. UAB Cargolot manages an online platform that can be accessed via www.atvido.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), where it acts as an Intermediary for parcel delivery, allowing its clients to shop online using its foreign addresses and then delivering the same goods to the Lithuanian addresses of its clients.

1.3. Data of the UAB Cargolot users is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.4. UAB Cargolot adheres to the following client data processing principles:

1.4.1. Client personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the applicable laws.

1.4.2. The data is processed in two ways: automatically or manually.

1.4.3. The customer (data subject) has no complaints and agrees to provide his/her personal data to the Seller.

1.4.4. One of the parties is the data subject. The contract may then be concluded and executed.

1.4.5. UAB Cargolot is required to process personal data only in accordance with the laws in force at that time.

1.4.6. If the interests of the data subject are not more important, personal data shall be processed for the legitimate purposes pursued by the company or a third party to whom the personal data is provided.

1.4.7. The personal data shall be constantly updated.

1.4.8. The personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is being processed.

1.4.9. The personal data shall only be processed by employees who have been granted such rights and access to the data.

1.4.10 All information about the processed personal data shall be confidential and cannot be disclosed to anyone.

1.4.11. 1.6. The services can be used by:

1.6.1. All adult natural persons;

1.6.2. Minors aged fifteen to eighteen who have obtained parental consent, unless they use their personal earnings or a scholarship on their own;

1.6.3. Legal entities;

1.6.4. Authorised representatives of all of the above persons, who have access to use all of the services provided.

2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

2.1. A client’s personal information (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and other information specified in the registration form) is collected and processed automatically:

2.1.1. To solve problems arising from the provision of the service or the delivery of goods;

2.1.2. To process the client’s orders;

2.1.3. To issue financial documents;

2.1.4. To fulfil other contractual obligations.

2.2. We would like to note that UAB Cargolot gives its clients the right to object to the fact that your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IP address or other data may be processed by the company for direct marketing purposes. 2.3. UAB Cargolot can store a website user’s IP address. This information is intended solely for the purpose of improving the technical efficiency of the website, and in order to disclose illegal activities, and does not affect the user’s personal information or its use.

2.4. The client must provide correct personal information at the time of registration.

2.5. Data collected about the visitors to the “www.atvido.com” website and users of the services is protected responsibly against any loss, abuse and unauthorised use. The processing and sending of data from your browser to our server are protected by 256 SSL encryption. Only authorised persons may connect to the servers containing personal data.

2.6. The passwords of UAB Cargolot service users are encrypted. A user shall undertake, and is required to keep, his/her password, login name and other data that allows access to the www.atvido.com system confidential.

2.7. UAB Cargolot does not transfer personal data to third parties in exchange for payment, free of charge or otherwise, except in the following cases:

2.7.1. If the visitor and/or user has given his/her consent;

2.7.2. To law enforcement institutions, in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;

2.7.3. If it is necessary to prevent or investigate crimes.

2.8. UAB Cargolot may only use data that is not directly related to the client, such as data about the purchased goods or selected additional services, for statistical purposes. Such data will be collected and processed in such a way that the client’s identity, or other personally identifiable information, will not be disclosed.

3. Access to data

3.1. The user can access his/her provided personal data at any time, by logging in to his/her account.

3.2. The user can contact the website’s administrator to find out what type of his/her personal data is collected, why it is processed, and to whom it is provided and/or has been provided in the last year. The information shall be provided to the user’s e-mail address, no later than 30 calendar days after the date of receipt of the user’s request and the date of the person’s identification.

4. Cookies

4.1. UAB Cargolot uses cookies on its website to simplify the browsing experience of its visitors and/or users, to better understand their choices and to improve the system.

4.2. Cookies are text files sent from the website’s server to your browser when you visit the www.atvyko.lt website. They are stored or rejected, depending on your browser settings. The stored cookies allow us to identify your computer and avoid entering the same information multiple times.

4.3. You can disable/delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Use and disclosure of personal data to third parties

5.1. If the client chooses the final delivery of the goods to the indicated address using third-party services, UAB Cargolot reserves the right to transfer information to third parties, who require such personal data as the client’s name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail address in order to provide the desired service related to the delivery of the goods.

5.2. The Company also reserves the right to disclose data to third parties, in cases where it is not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Changing and updating personal data

6.1. The client has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form, as well as to exercise the rights outlined in Paragraph 6.2 of the Privacy Policy.

6.2. After familiarising himself/herself with his/her personal data and discovering that the data provided about him/her is incorrect and inaccurate, the client has the right to request that his/her personal data will be supplemented or corrected, or to suspend its processing and further use, except for data storage purposes. After familiarising himself/herself with his/her personal data and discovering that his/her data is being processed unlawfully, the client has the right to request the destruction of his/her personal data or the suspension of its processing/use, except for data storage purposes.

7. Final provisions

7.1. UAB Cargolot reserves the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy at any time, and such changes shall take effect immediately after they are published on the website at www.atvyko.lt. Therefore, it is recommended that, when using the services on the “www.atvido.com” website, you always familiarise yourself with the most recent rules in the Privacy Policy, which are applicable at the time of visiting the website and using the services.

7.2. If the client continues to use the services provided by UAB “Cargolot” after the supplementation or amendment of the Privacy Policy rules, it is assumed that the client agrees with the most recent version of the Privacy Policy rules.
