It is a long-haul route, so allow more time than a domestic delivery: typically under a fortnight with an express service and longer with economy air. Because this route is quoted per parcel, you will see the services and their delivery estimates before you pay.

The usual air freight restrictions apply, and Australia is stricter than most on biosecurity: no food, seeds, plant or animal products, alongside the normal bans on batteries outside their device, aerosols and flammable liquids. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you buy it.

Delaware, where our warehouse sits, charges no state sales tax, so orders shipped to your suite there are not taxed at the till the way they would be in most states. What the retailer charges is ultimately its own call, but the address itself is in a sales-tax-free state.
